In 2019, Universal Flight Concepts entered into an exclusive contract to provide all of the flight and ground training in support of Baylor University’s Aviation Sciences program. Baylor offers an undergraduate degree in Aviation Sciences with a Professional Pilot Concentration. Today, with more than 90 enrolled students, our partnership allows students to experience a one-of-a-kind integrated pilot training.
“In June 2019 Baylor University entered into a contract with Universal Flight Concepts for the operation of a flight school in support of Baylor’s Aviation Sciences degree program. From the onset Gordon Jiroux and his team have been extremely responsive to our requests for changes to meet our needs, while at the same time displaying a willingness to always serve the best interests of students. Both my staff and our students have been impressed with their professionalism and ability to meet our performance requirements. So far our flight program has worked exactly as designed, with students completing each flight course (with accompanying license or rating) in one semester, a feat that is hardly ever seen. We believe that with our new flight school our students are receiving a flight training experience that we are proud to associate with Baylor University. We are looking forward to continuing a long and successful partnership with UFC for years to come.”
