UHI Vision Award Winner

Each year Universal Helicopters will award a "VISION AWARD SCHOLARSHIP" the purpose of which is to highlight the need to keep constant diligence with respect to proper scanning techniques while piloting an aircraft. As maintaining positive control of the helicopter is the most important aspect of safe flight, using the best technology available as well as keeping your eyes focused out of the cockpit are equally important. This includes, Day and Night. With regards to some commercial helicopter operations, night flights utilizing the best technology available means, NVG operations. This NVG Scholarship allows winners to complete Universal Helicopter’s NVG Certification Course in a Robinson R44 at Universal Helicopters Prescott, Arizona campus.
